Printed Materials

Description

Thank you for sharing your talents with the women who will attend this years conference! The printed materials give an important visual impression of the conference. From the welcome banners, to the name tags, through the program booklet, and the thank you notes, the theme of the conference is shared and brings a continuity and dignified air to the proceedings of the ASIA Women's Conference. Many sisters will keep their name tags and put them in journals, where one look will bring back the memories of the spiritual feast we hope each will feel here. We appreciate the time and effort you will be devoting to this wonderful event.

Timeline

Before Conference

3 months before

make recommendations to the committee for current year's Theme Graphic (the committee has an account on www.istockphoto.com. You can download comps to submit.)

8 - 2 weeks before

Draft design layouts and send to committee for approval
Design and layout the following:

Welcome Banners X3
Nametag
Program Booklet (see samples below)
Thank you cards

2 weeks before

Upload all final files to conference dropbox for access by printer

During Conference

You are done! Enjoy the conference and your beautiful work

After Conference

Due 2 weeks after

Write up a short summary of your experience in this role, include successes and suggestions for the following year
Be sure history of materials is uploaded onto this page.

Printing Sizes:

Name tags 8.5 X 6.3 cm *this is a fixed size that fits into the lanyards we use each year
6 Welcome Banners (fit our self-standing tripods) 81.5 X 183 cm /32 X 72" (discuss content changes with committee each year)

Program Booklet * this size is not fixed - variety of sizes for different years is fine

2013 - 14.5 X 20 cm
2012 - 20.8 X 20.8 cm (this was too big - printer error. We wanted 18X18 cm which would have been nicer)

Thank you cards 14.7 X 21 cm before folding (two cards per A4 sheet)
Service Project Stickers/Cards 8.5 X 6.3 cm (already made)
