Before

During

  • Get 2 copies of each bio from the Biography assistant once at conference
  • Post 1 set of bios in hallway
  • Hand out 1 set of bios to introducers
  •  Assign one introducer for each presenter/speaker.  Use committee members as possible, and orient them (see below)
Introducers (1 for each presenter/speaker)
  • ensures each speaker has corsage and water prior to their presentation/talk
  • reviews bio and prepares to introduce speaker (don’t just read bio, but summarize or add other interesting info)
  • attends the class
  • open and closes breakout classes on time
