Physical Facilities
Description
We are so blessed to have the WanChai Chapel and Administration building as a location for our annual Women's Conference and the support and resources that it provides. In order for the conference to go smoothly, there are many moving parts behind the scenes in terms of facilities that must be booked, organized, coordinated and assigned.
The key role of this committee position is to ensure we have facilities set up as we need so that the conference can run smoothly.
An important key to this role is to have many hands to help! Please do NOT try to do all this alone. Arrange and include other sisters who can be blessed by the opportunity to serve with you! Check with the committee for a list of names of sisters who volunteer to help during registration.

Florist used from 2008-2014:
Ying Kee Flowers Hong Kong
Wanchai Market
2573-9097 The owners speak Cantonese and Mandarin

This little stand has provided the flowers for the conference since 2008. Traditionally we have gone to their shop just 2 days before conference and picked out what kind of flowers we want. Also choose the color of corsage flowers and ribbons and greenery to be used.
Enter the market and walk up the hill to the first cross road - turn right, the shop is about halfway down that block on the left hand side. They know how to deliver to the church.

Shauna, this is Toni Crandall I'm writing for my husband (head of physical facilities) as to using the main floor. The main floor can not be used for setting up a table for the sisters, but you can put a sign on a stand that tells all sisters that are coming to the conference that sign ups are on what ever floor you want them to go too. When they get to that floor you can have the table to sign up. The baptism room can't be used either, only for baptisms .
Regards,
Toni
